Mindful Mamma has been running hypnobirthing classes across Nottingham for over 5 years. A great day which is recommended by mums, dads and midwives. Be in control of your birth!

Mindful Mamma was founded in 2008 by Sophie Fletcher and Mia Scotland. The class is a one day positive birth class for a couple that focuses on your hormones, how your mind affects your body, how your environment affects your birth, the role of the birthing partner alongside mindfulness and hypnosis techniques.

Our class is unique in that all are practitioners are health professionals in their own right and each class reflects that level of quality. We only train 10 practitioners a year so we know that we can support them and offer a great service.

Our classes start at £99 and go up to £150 in some areas.

100% of people who have filled out a birth survey said that the class definitely improved their experience of birth, whatever the outcome. We have a 9% unplanned caesarean rate with 80% of births taking place in a hospital setting and 20% at home.
