Welcome to mind, body and birth. My name is charlotte holloway and I am based in solihull in the west midlands, UK. I provide a number of weekly services to help and support pregant women and their families as a relaxed birth and parenting birth educator and trainee doula, which also incorporates pregnancy yoga and birth preparation
I support women and their families as a Relaxed Birth and Parenting Educator and trainee Doula, running weekly antenatal classes incorporating pregnancy yoga and birth preparation in the West Midlands and Warwickshire. These classes will support women and their families both emotionally and physically, helping them to prepare for birth, motherhood and parenting in a relaxing and supportive environment empowering them to achieve the birth experience they want.
I teach weekly pregnancy yoga classes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Solihull and have regular workshops for couples including birth preparation and VBAC, please see my website for more information.
