I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist and have qualifications in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a diploma in Winning Weight Loss.  I am also qualified in the (Emotional Freedom Technique), the Menopause Relief Programme and OldPain2Go™.

I have been a qualified Primary School Teacher for over 20 years, working more recently in Special Educational Needs and have specialisms in Language and Communication Impairment in Children and Social, Emotional and Mental Health.  I also have personal experience of Autism.

I am a qualified Adult Mental Health First Aider and am also a QPR For Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper, so you can be assured that you are in safe hands - your well being is at the heart of what I do.  

I love working with children and young people and am an instructor for the Massage In Schools Programme and Story Massage.  I have a wealth of experience and although I specialise in working with women and children, I like to help everyone!
