I offer a combination of solution focused hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT, life coaching, time line therapy, and counselling where we focus on helping you manage those negative thoughts and limiting beliefs. We work together toward achievement of those wonderful goals and supporting you along the way to help you make those changes that you desire.
I offer a free initial consultation where you will learn how the brain works to create anxiety, depression, and anger, and what we can do about it. This giives you the chance to ask any questions and to see if you would like us to work together. You will also be gifted with a complimentary self hypnosis audio to get you started.
My job satisfaction comes from seeing you achieve those changes you want to make, that makes both of us feel good !
I am fully qualified, accredited, insured, and DBS checked. I abide by the ethics of the National Council for Hypnotherapy, The Complimentary and National Heathcare Council, and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists. I am also an approved therapist of Anxiety UK. I undertake regular supervision, and I enjoy attending regular workshops and courses as part of my continuing professional development to keep up to date with modern practice.
