I treat issues such as anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, stress, depression. weight loss (hypnotic gastric band), low self confidence, overcoming trauma, insomnia. I also work with children.

I currently work as a corporate psychotherapist and hypnotherapist. In essence I am employed by organisations to work with their employees on a wide range of issues including dealing with high levels of stress, overcoming panic attacks, feelings of inadequacy, very low self esteem, and so on. I also have a thriving private practice where I see both adults and children for a range of anxiety or depression based issues. These include
