My training was completed with The Academy of Advanced Changework, an accredited training school of the National Council of Hypnotherapists, The National Council for Psychotherapists and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.
Who do I work with?
Most of the people I work with want to realise a better life, in one way or another. They usually contact me because they feel ‘stuck’ and are aware on some level they need help and support to move on. Others come and see me for more specific issues such as recurrent nightmares, smoking, anger, phobias and low self esteem.
